Very awful customer service. Tony!!!??? Not a nice friendly person to talk too. They will call you bright and early the same day your payment is due and If you're ONE day late they will charge your card WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. Never ever coming back to this place for furniture.

This store has everything! The staff is always very nice and helpful too.
Employees here are shockingly deceptive and uncaring. Overall terrible business practices and just uncaring. Chose to utilize this rent to own to save my credit because I'm purchasing a home in a year and I'll never go to this company again. Delivery missed never showed. Then I called and they stated it was loaded and he would be here in an hour or so and 2 days later nothing. Went to a competitor and made the contract over the phone picked the item from the website and it was delivered 2.5 hours later without hassle. Places like this are the reason the main company suffers and this place won't stay open long carrying on the way they do and have been by previous reviews over the last year. Especially with the delivery failure and followup call. Stay away from this place.
Very rude employees. Will charge your card without your permission. Nothing but a rip off. Just because I wouldn't go out with one of the employee's he harassed me daily. Not professional at all. I recommend everyone go buy your furniture. It is alot cheaper in the long run!!!
