My son, who is 10 years old had been in glasses for a few years and really wasn't happy with them. We were considering contatcs, but had our reservations due to age. I was calling around and got Dr. Santos on the phone. He was extremely caring and spent plenty of time explaining things to me when I called his office. He introduced us to a "new" to us tpye of contact lens known as CRT lenses. The experience has been fantastic. My son wears the lenses at night while sleeping and is able to see better than 20/20 all day long. His outlook on things has changed completely along with his confidence. He has been in the contacts for about a month now. From the busibness side, Dr Santos has been extremely attentive and spends more than ample time with us during each visit. Overall, its been a great experience. Thank you.
My husband is 47 years and has been in contacts since his early teens. He usually isn't happy with his contacts but will just use them anyway. Optometrists usual just say because of his prescription power that's the best that they can do so when he told me he really love the contacts he is wearing made me so happy because for years he has been settling. Thank you Dr. Santos. Also my 13 year old and 9 year are just as happy with their glasses. I would recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Santos is very knowledgeable in his field, kind and has great chairside manners which is sometimes lacking in the medical field. His staff members Shay and Gloria are amazing as well. Shay is very compassionate and she worked with us on maximizing our insurance benefits. This is a patient oriented practice who work on your individual needs not your pocket. Integrity means a lot!
Great experience overall! Awesome customer care from the team all around proactively reaching out to me before the appointment and then during the appointment explaining everything in simple terms so I could understand, which makes it a better visit. Very impressed with it all. :)
I recommend Land O' Lakes optical to everyone for their vision needs. A very classy establishment with the kindest employees. I am thoroughly satisfied with the glasses I purchased as well as the service I received! I will be returning for my next pair in the near future! You guys rock!
I would rate zero if I could. The receptionist was friendly and professional however I waited nearly an hour after my appointment time. I signed the waiver not to he dilated. He did so anyway without my knowledge or permission. Telling me after the fact what the drops he placed in my eye were for. I have reported Dr Santos to my insurance company.
