Always positive, pleasant! We adore them! But the self serve scale and send machine sometimes charges you double on your card. I stopped using it. It is serviced by other than that PO. Otherwise, great service! Keep our post office!!!
Overall clean and good service. sometimes very crowded, but it still doesn't take me long. Friendly people except for the spanish lady I dont understand. I knew I should have taken Spanish instead of French! I should know more. should know at least 2 languages well. Never used the french much, so conversationally, that's gone too.
This location is either hit or miss! If you want a simple transaction your service will be prompt; however, they subject minority customers to disrespectful service by asking for additional proof of residency before completing transactions. Customers also have to deal with the temperamental sometimes unprofessional attendants. This location is secure and clean, and there is always parking available as well as two drop boxes accessible via vehicle. Mail boxes services are not 24 hrs. Passport services are also available here; however, not all attendants are authorized to provide this support.
Clean the staff was nice. The line was a bit longer but overall ok visit.
I have never experienced such awful customer service. I was served by Maria not only did she get all bent over sideways as I gave her a $20 bill to pay with (which I may add it doesn't matter what I pay with, as it is still legal tender) she was rude enough to stand there and mutter under her breath. She then has the stinkiest attitude as if she didn't even want to be there and everything was too much for her. I witnessed her also get very dismissive with another customer that was trying to ask her a simple question. I don't know what level "USPS" customer service expect but this was below standard. Considering these people are working with customers all day, every day. Handed money all day, everyday. She took my letter and put it in a box, not with other letters, so I demanded it back as she didn't stamp it and then got annoyed with the fact hoping I wouldn't notice. Absolutely horrendous! I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure there's plenty of other people out there who are much nicer and efficient that could more successfully appreciate that career.
