My roof was replaced by Imperial Roofing in 2004. Recently we noticed dark spots in certain areas on the ceiling. We called several contractors to give us estimates on repairs. All of them performed a thorough inspection and concluded that the install was not done correctly. All three suggested we contact the installer and make them aware of the situation. I made 3 calls to imperial Roofing and each one was a challenge to retrieve information. The woman who handled the call had several excuses as to why she could not provide answers ranging from missing files to a family death that lasted 6 weeks. I am sorry for their loss but business must go on. After I finally received a phone call the woman rudely hung up and we are still left with the problem of below standard work and unprofessional customer service. Be careful with this company.
