This store has the best employees and customer service of any store I have ever been in. Employees say hello when you are not even looking at them. If you look lost for a second, someone offers direction by WALKING you to the item. Everyone is always smiling. Whatever you are doing keep it up and tell the other places I have to visit in a day your secret.

Best place to shop in town by far. Staff is always got a smile on their face and are always very very helpful. I've been going to this Publix for approximately 20 years even before it was at this location when it was across the street. My only complaint is that they are a little on the pricey side on certain things but they pretty much make up for that with all of their BOGO promotions. I would like to be able to shop here for everything that I need but again there are some things that are a bit pricey and it forces me to go to other stores for those items for example dog food.
Publix is an enjoyable shopping experience. However prices are high so you must shop only the BOGO and sale items. I've shopped Publix for many years and in many parts of the state. But it is a must that you don't shop solely here because of the pricing.
I'm a Disabled Vietnam Veteran and must use a motorized scooter to get around. Your employees are ALWAYS helpful to me, assisting me with reaching any items I have trouble getting. They willingly go to look for any item not on the shelf to see if it may be in the back. At check out I am greeted with smiles and humor (even my jokes get a laugh!) I switched from another Publix as your store seems to carry more of the things I buy regularly, especially at your bakery. On occasion, I've had to use your restroom and it's always clean. I'd like to mention the store manager who always says hello, and remembered my shopping at the store she was transferred from. Collier Parkway Publix is my store of choice, thank you.
