OMG We were so shocked and the doctor then started arguing in front of us and our dog . I explain to her i cant believe you just said this all you care about is getting out of here so you and your staff can go home for the night. We ended on telling the doctor that she was so cruel and un humane and didn't know how she could even be a veterinarian . This Doctor had no concerns or sympathy at all for our dog or feelings for our grieving during this sad and sensitive moment . She should have her license revoked and taken away from her and not be able to practice .
Dr. Jean Mahlman and staff took great care of my 9 year-old Lhasa Apso! They were very careful and loving with my pup. They diagnosed her issue properly, gave me the correct medication to correct it, and just to be on the safe side, pointed me in the direction of a specialist to confirm their findings and treatment. They definitely cross their T's and dot their I's. I was very satisfied with their amazing service :) Thank you guys! Libby is back to her old self!!!

so uncomfortable during this stressful time especially when it was the last few minutes of the dogs life .
We were so humiliated that we left crying and could not believe that this doctor woman had just did this to us especially when it was our beautiful dogs last moments on this planet . We left and still had a dog that needed to be put to sleep . We were in such shock from all this that we had to go to another hospital 4 hours later . This Hospital should be shut down if they are treating patients and dogs like this . Beware ! Beware ! Beware !!!
We arrived at 5 pm and were put in a nasty dirty room waiting for the Doctor to come in.
At this time the Doctor got very angry at us and said are you looking to put him to sleep or you'r not ready for this . She then started basically arguing with us stating that we were not ready to go through with the medication to end his life .
I would like you to answer some questions before you do that . She again held and waived the needle in front of our faces and said i'm going to start the procedure , I said don't do that . I need you to answer some questions first . At this time my dog and My wife were in the room at the table in complete ahhh on why this doctor was not making us feel
0 STARS! DO NOT USE! I had to say goodbye to my best friend Maltipoo of 12.5 years Milo on Saturday at 4:11 pm. I took him to this Vet on Friday 10/27 for a disc problem he had in his neck and they took an xray and showed me the issue and the plan of treatment was to give home a pain killer shot, Buprenorphine injection,laser treatment for his neck along with 25 mg of tremedol every 8 hours and 5 mg of Prednisone. Vet told me he should be feeling better in the morning, At 3:00 am he was crying wanted to get up and walk around the house really out of it. Wouldn't drink water so I gave him some Tremedol for his pain. He was worse now and could barley walk so I took him back to this Vet. A different Doctor was working the Saturday shift he looked at him and said it could take some time for him to feel better and gave him another pain killer shot and a shot of saline because he wasn't drinking water and told me to let him rest. So I took him back home and made a comfy bed and went off to see my sons little league game. When I arrived home a couple of hours later he was lying on his side on the tile unable to move my wife and I picked him up and took him to the 24 hour ER. There they said they would keep him overnight for observation. 2 hours later they called and told me he had a stroke and a blood clot in his lung and he stopped breathing to get down there asap. I arrived to see my precious poor little 11.5 pound friend laying there with a blanket over him with a breathing machine in his mouth on his side with his eyes open. I knelt down and said to him that I loved him and that I was so so sorry I couldn't do anything to save him and that I loved so much and I will never ever forget him his ear flopped up. We paid this Vet over $1000 dollars on Friday another $120 on Saturday and now I have to live with the guilt of taking him here!
I have been taking my dogs here since 2014 or so, and I can definitely say they've always done their best to make sure my animals are taken care of. They are the kindest people in the office, even when outsiders aren't being so nice to them. We have even had dogs pass, and they were very sympathetic. This is what had us continue to see them, and in emergency situations they do what they can to fix the issue at hand!
I love this place. The manager, Peter is truely the best I have ever dealt with. He was very professional, very willing to help, and just made my all around experience outstanding! I will definitely be back to see Peter and Mina again and I’ll will tell everyone that this is the place to go if they need pet care. Thanks again guys!
We had the Veterinarian come in and introduce herself to us , We notice that she was very uptight and anxious . She look like she was in such a rush talking fast . We had some questions and concerns for her based on our dogs health before we proceeded to administrate the drugs to end his life .
I said to the doctor why are you moving so fast , You'r not being professional . We need a few minutes to ask you some questions before you proceed with the drugs. She then said i don't have any time to sit here and listen to your questions . I have staff that needs to leave and go home and if they don't leave now its going to cost me money .
She left the room came back in with a needle and said I'm going to start administering the drugs to put him to sleep. I said to The Doctor no wait a minute you are moving too fast .

Me and My wife On 6/28/2017 chose this place to put our beautiful loving 12 year old male Jack Russell To sleep . We were crying and Grieving all day and we new that today was the day to go ahead and put him to sleep . We prepared to get our minds together to go to this place. We were told by there nurse to arrive at 5 pm and not to rush and take our time because of the situation with our dogs last day .
