I called Extra Space the day I needed a unit and they were able to accommodate, with ease. I told them what I needed to store and they were able to help me choose the unit size that would fit. Once I got to the location, Matthew and his staff were so friendly and helpful. There was even a discount available for the unit I needed! They make you feel welcomed, and are always willing to answer any questions. I have stored at another facility locally, and this was not the case. I would highly recommend this location to meet your storage needs!
Extra Space Storage is the best! Way better than my last storage unit; the units are clean and dry, and the employees are much more professional. Holly and Matt personally took their time with me, going over everything i would need and the options they had available. They also called to check in on me (I was moving from Delaware to Orlando) to make sure I had moved all of my stuff down safely. Very friendly. Very professional. I can't recommend them enough!

From start to finish we had a great experience here. Both Chuck and Holly went out of their way to make it easy to get in and to close out our storage space. Holly extended a grace period when we needed an extra day to clean out the unit. We will certainly use this location again should we need storage space.
THE best storage facility in Florida! I've had to use the facility three times now and each time, Holly and Matt have been the biggest help. I wish every storage facility practiced this level of professionalism!
