I have used LOL Transportation & Moving in the past 10 years several times with no problems, but this past March 2017 I used LOL to move my packed home to a storage facility a mile from where I was moving from. I was charged over $2000.00 for this move, I was stunned!! Adding two of my previous moves together wouldn't have cost me as much as this one did!!! I ended up with scratches on some of my furniture, plus a broken headboard ( LOL did replace it ) plus other broken items I'm not going to list. I will never use or recommend LOL Transportation & Moving to anyone. I'm sorry to give a review like this, but I don't want someone else having to go through this kind of expense.

LOL Transport & Moving is absolutely AMAZING. We held a community fundraiser for the victims of the LOL sinkhole and they started EARLY in the morning clearing our storage units, delivering and unloading a truck full of furniture, helping set up, THEN DELIVERING the furniture that was purchased. Not only that, but when a local company failed to deliver 500lbs of ice as promised- Rene and her team of amazing guys that volunteered their time on a Saturday went and got all

***Bad Service***We have used this company for the past three moves and we had a great experience. This time with three movers instead of the usual two not only did our estimate go up $300 dollars they also broke our light fixture, baseboard, and scuffed up the walls. I would recommended them before today but I cannot in good conscience anymore. By the way, there were zero deductions for breaking our new light fixture, baseboard, or scuffing up the walls. Hire at your own risk.
